The Site offers the following functions:

• Information about Ona Homes’ custom home construction services, processes, and pricing estimates

• Project portfolio, model options, and design references

• Lead-intake forms (including consultation, lot fit study, and contact requests)

• Educational content related to coastal, flood-zone, and custom residential construction in Florida

Any pricing, schedules, square-foot ranges, or timelines published on the Site are estimates only, are subject to change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer or contract. A binding agreement between you and Ona Homes is created only upon execution of a written construction agreement signed by both parties.

• Personal and Informational Use: Content on the Site is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational use only.

• No Automated Access: You may not use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated means to extract, copy, or harvest content, images, or project data from the Site, except for standard search-engine indexing.

• Intellectual Property: All content on the Site — including text, photographs, renderings, floor plans, model designs, the Ona Homes name and logo, and project portfolio images — is owned by Ona Homes LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Reverse engineering, disassembling, or reproducing any software or design assets used on the Site is strictly prohibited.

• Accuracy of Information You Provide: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms, requesting consultations, or contacting us.

• No Unlawful Use: You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

Information on the Site — including pricing ranges, construction timelines, square-foot estimates, flood-zone or permitting commentary, and educational articles — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, engineering, architectural, or professional construction advice.

Site-tailored pricing, scope of work, structural and engineering decisions, and permitting strategy can only be confirmed through a formal pre-construction consultation, signed proposal, and executed construction agreement.

Submitting a form on the Site (including consultation requests, lot fit study requests, or general contact forms) does not create a contractor-client relationship with Ona Homes. Such relationship is established only by a separate, written construction agreement.

Information you submit through Site forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By submitting materials through the Site — including lot information, surveys, plans, renderings, photographs, measurements, inspiration images, or other project-related content — you represent that you have the right to provide such materials and grant Ona Homes a non-exclusive, limited license to use, review, store, and reproduce those materials solely for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry, preparing consultations or estimates, and providing potential construction-related services.

You acknowledge that submission of materials does not create a confidential, fiduciary, contractor-client, or professional relationship unless and until a separate written agreement is executed between you and Ona Homes.

Please do not submit sensitive confidential information through the Site unless specifically requested by Ona Homes.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Ona Homes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

Ona Homes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Florida law, and nothing in this section relates to or limits any warranties contained in a separately executed construction agreement between you and Ona Homes (including any statutory or contractual workmanship, systems, or structural warranties).
